Change Approvals
Any change made to the front exterior of your home must be approved through a change approval request. This includes but is not limited to: paint, fence, driveway, roof, windows/doors, garage door. The forms can be found on the El Dorado Estates website under forms & applications.
Oasis Property Management
El Dorado has switched banks and we are now banking with Centennial Bank. Centennial has an online portal to pay thru and you are responsible for the fees associated. There are other options listed below.
Option 1 – Pay online via https://my100epay.com using the info on your coupon book Debit / CC or bank Acct
Fees associated to this option:
2.95% for CC
4.95$ for Debit
1.95$ for Bank Draft
Option 2 – Mail the Coupon and Check payable to ElDorado Estates Association inc.to the address listed on coupon
Option 3 – Auto Debit:
Complete the form attached in the front of the coupon book or request one be emailed to you from the Board or Oasis. This will deduct the funds automatically from your checking account on the day you select. There is no fee associated with this option.
Option 4 – Bill Pay (bill pay payments take longer to process)
Setup Bill pay via your bank to mail a physical check to Centennial banks P.O Box in Tampa. The information to setup this option is in your coupon books you recently received.

Parks and Courts
The Board is asking all residents to please keep the golf carts off the grass, tennis courts and volleyball courts. We have seen damage to the landscaping, lighting, and lines on the volleyball courts and tennis courts. Security is aware of this and will be reporting these incidents to your board. Reserve use of the courts by contacting the Guard house as they are first come first serve.
Neighborhood Dogs / Pets
We have been asked to remind residents that the City of Plantation has a law that requires all owners to keep their dogs on leashes as well as clean up after them. We get numerous calls monthly about this issue. Please pick up after your pets.
Guard and Gates
If there is anything you would like to see on the display, please contact a Board member or Oasis. This could include Happy bday messages or any other information you would like the neighborhood to be aware of.
CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse is available for rentals. The clubhouse rental fee is $350 and includes two very large rooms, a fridge, microwave, huge island for serving food, two rest rooms and use of the park and playground. There is also an entire outdoor area that is great for bounce houses, waterslides and/or petting zoos. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for cleaning up the clubhouse upon finishing and leaving it in a manner for the next renter. We do have a cleaning service that cleans the clubhouse but it is NOT cleaned after every rental. Please check the El Dorado website for availability by going to the Calendar.

We would like to share your business information! If you are interested in sharing your services with the neighborhood, please email eldoradoestates@bellsouth.net. For example, if you are a Notary, Realtor, Insurance Agent, CPA, small business owner then we would love to hear from you. We can share your information in the Pipeline and Social Media.
Event Ideas
Please let us know if you have any ideas of events and activities that the entire neighborhood can participate in. We are happy to host but we need your ideas and participation!

Message from the Board
The beautification committee will be going around looking for any dirty roofs, sidewalks or overgrown landscaping issues. The board is asking that these issues be handled in a timely manner. If there are any issues with completing the work, we ask that you reach out to Oasis and discuss the options.
We will be switching the Pipeline from a monthly letter to a bi monthly letter.

Tentatively the spring party will be August 27th. There will be more information to follow on an additional invite.
